Our sourcing fees are 2% (with a minimum of £3000), so if you sell a property worth £200k, the fee at 2% is £4000, so you will earn £2000 (50% of the sourcing fee). As our minimum fee is £3000, the absolute minimum commission you'll make per sale is £1500.
When you’ve signed up and subscribed to pay £50/mo we’ll begin building you your very own property feed (which includes all of our available deals and will be regularly updated). Simply share these with your network and encourage them to buy the deals. We’ll do all the hard work of sourcing the deals and adding them to your site.
Absolutely! You’ll get free access to an entire library or training videos and have 1-1 support from our team every step of the way. It’s in our best interest to make you as much money as possible!
White Label Property offers the perfect solution for new and existing sourcers. In fact, it’s the perfect solution for anyone with connections in their network that are interested in investing in property. We’ll do all the sourcing for you – you simply share the deals we have sourced with your network via your own branded site. When you subscribe, we will send you a web form which will ask for everything we’ll need to know to build the site exactly the way you want it. We’ll ask about colours and logos so you can rest assured your site will be inline with your existing branding.
