Our sourcing fees are 2% (with a minimum of £3000), so if you sell a property worth £200k, the fee at 2% is £4000, so you will earn £2000 (50% of the sourcing fee). As our minimum fee is £3000, the absolute minimum commission you’ll make per sale is £1500.
When you’ve signed up and subscribed to pay £50/mo we’ll begin building you your very own property feed (which includes all of our available deals and will be regularly updated). Simply share these with your network and encourage them to buy the deals. We’ll do all the hard work of sourcing the deals and adding them to your site.
Absolutely! You’ll get free access to an entire library or training videos and have 1-1 support from our team every step of the way. It’s in our best interest to make you as much money as possible!
